Saturday Oct. 16, 2010

Our annual Octoberfest has been scheduled for Saturday 10/16. We will 
be having a cookout featuring brats, hot kraut and peppers and potato 
salad.  Possibly some acustic music as well that evening.  The cookout 
is free but donations are encouraged to fund next years event. This is 
a beautiful time to ride as the leaves are usually beginning to change.

Saturday Nov. 13, 2010

Our third anual Kenneth F. Goode Vetrans day dinner and camp out is 
scheduled for November 13th.  This event was started to say thank you 
and honor my favorite uncle Kenny Goode, a Vietnam Vetran, as well as 
all the other men and women who have bravely made the sacrifice to 
serve our country. We have this event every year on the saturday after 
Vetrans day.  All accomodations are fifty percent off with a two night 
minimum stay for vetrans and current service men and women and their 
families only.  Proof of service is required. We have a cook out which 
is free but we do ask that a donation be made so we can fund next 
years event.  A raffle of a two night cabin stay will take place and 
50 percent of the proceeds will be given to our local chapter of the 
vfw.

We sponsor this event every year simply in order to say thank you.  If 
our military folks didn't do what they do, none of us could do what we 
do.  We appreciate you.  Please come out and reconnect with an old 
service buddy or meet a new one.

Reservations are required for both events.
