Dear Friends,

As those of you have stayed with us before know, we have tried to keep
a relaxed and informal atmosphere.   We are unfortunately going to
have to implement a few rules that we thought would have gone without
saying.  They are as follows:

There is a security deposit due on all RV and cabin camping.  If you
do not cancel your reservation within 14 days prior to your stay your
deposit will not be refunded.   If you cancel on any of the following
holiday weekends: Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, etc, w/o 30 days
notice your deposit is not refundable.

The total balance of your stay is due on your arrival with no
exceptions being made.

We ask that you keep your speed at an idle in the campground and also
please to a minimum on the access road in front of our grounds from
the little building at the end of the trail to the interstate.  This
is an area where inexperienced riders and small children who cant ride
the trail frequently ride their quads and bikes and walk.  For their
safety please be considerate and keep the real riding for the trails.

We are still the same laid back folks we have always been and it is
unfortunate that the acts of a very few folks have resulted in us
having to publish "common sense" rules for the rest of us, but in
order for us to keep our costs the same and keep both our little ones
and yours safe, we felt it has become necessary.  After all it is our
goal that every member of the families that stay with us have a safe
and enjoyable time.

The DEP is now requiring us to request that the chemical toilets in
all RV's using our full hookup services be emptied prior to their
arrival at our campground.  We do have septic service at our full h/u
sites but no dump station.  In order to prevent any groundwater
contamination we have been ordered to require our campers to take this
step prior to their arrival.  Thank you and we apologize for any
inconvenience.

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding  and we hope to see you soon.

Hannah, Joe, Wyatt and baby Jesse.
