LOOK!!!  we are running Weekend-Warrior Specials. If you book an Amish cabin Monday Tues and Wed the three nights are 210.00 if you provide your own linens, if you book the deluxe cabin it is $250.00 if you provide you own linens. The same special applies to water and electric h/u only with rv's with three mid week nights for $60.00 .

We are offering  cabin pkgs. without linens for $75 per night in the Amish Cabins and $100 per night in the Deluxe Cabin. The cost is usually $100 for the first night in an Amish Cabin and $75 each additional night with us providing linen service and preparing the beds. It is usually $125 for the first night and $100 each additional in the Deluxe Cabin with the same service.

We have lowered our RV rates to $30 for full h/u and $25 for water and electric only. Monthly rates are still available.

We have a furnished single wide mobile home with two bedrooms. living room, bath and kitchen for $150 per night.

Direct access to the Little Coal River and the Little Coal River Trail of the Hatfield-McCoy Trail System and only 1/4 mile from , West Virginia's Water Park. So if you're into fishing, canoeing, four wheeling, mountain biking, hiking, or just relaxing, we may just be the place for you.

Our grounds are available for company outings, scout camps, reunions, etc...
